URBN Freight was absolutely amazing helping me move. They were on time, quick & efficient, & professional. I would highly recommend them!
They made everything easy! It was pouring rain for most of the day and they wrapped everything so well we had no water damage. They were professional, clean, courteous, and friendly. Would definitely recommend and use again.
100/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Yuriy and his partner could not’ve possibly been more accommodating and incredible!! I was unintentionally a difficult client to work with. I rescheduled 3-4 times before the move. I wasn’t done packing when they arrived on time on moving day. After loading, I was late meeting them at the house I was moving to. The house they unloaded at had extremely poor lighting, furniture and glass tables in their way, and low narrow walkways/doorways. They somehow managed to maneuver through it with very heavy oversized items (Ex: King sized Purple mattress) without ever bumping into anything! They padded/wrapped items for me I thought would be okay without protection. They literally took better care of my stuff than I did. They quoted me prior to the move. Due to reasons that were my fault, the job took two hours longer than expected. When I asked what my updated total was for the additional 2hrs, Yuriy replied with the original quoted price. Him and his partner’s kindness, integrity, honesty, and top notch work is unmatched!! I don’t usually write reviews, but how could I not write this one? They went above and beyond to help me. I will most definitely use their services in the future (And be a timely/organized client when I do). They are wonderful people you can trust!
Yuri did an amazing job helping me move! He was efficient and helpful as we worked to get all the pieces on our truck in the right way. Very grateful for URBN Frieght.
These movers were very kind, punctual and took excellent care of moving my couch. They wrapped it in padding and plastic wrap to keep it safe and clean. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.
I had An emergency situation this weekend and every moving co. I called was either busy or not in my price range. URBN Freight contacted me through Thumbtack. Everything was professional, they were kind, patient and understanding! Due to my medical issues I wasn't quite "ready" for them. I still had food to remove from my freezers, etc. If this bothered them, I had no idea because they did not show it. I will forever be grateful that they were there to help at the last minute. IF I ever need to move anything ever again, I Am absolutely calling them. If you're on the fence about using this company, don't be! They are professional, affordable, and efficient! *They moved a full size 2 door fridge *Large deep freezer *Microwave Cabinet *Large microwave *AC unit
Inherited a few larger items that would look great in our office and needed help getting them picked up and dropped off. They were thorough in understanding how important these items were to me and treated them with care, wrapped well and not an a scratch on them. Really easy to scheduled, super kind, and overall a pleasure to work with!
They were professional, polite, super careful, strong, and very nice. They moved several very heavy, very ornate pieces of furniture without a scratch. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
They did a great job. Very efficient and very careful with all of the furniture
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND URBN freight!!! He is SUPER RELIABLE, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, and he WILL get the job done!!! Very knowledgeable and most importantly he is absolutely prepared for his projects! He helped me move two EXTREMELY HEAVY curved 8ft sofas up a set of pretty narrow steps and into my living room that nearly seemed impossible. He got it done! He is so patient, kind, and understanding to his customers. I would hire him ANY DAY!!!
